Work Life:

Having traveled the world extensively throughout my life, I have a great appreciation for all the cultures of the planet which have taught me so many valuable lessons in my life. Gratitude and humility being two that come to mind. The saying, “A thousand mile journey begins with a single step,” has inspired me in business to take healthy but calculated risks without being afraid to fail. Those experiences and values created a unique foundation that provided me with a perspective that has had a profoundly positive impact on my life.

For the past 15 years I ran a company with 300 employees and was responsible for negotiating and bidding on government contracts, as well as ensuring compliance with government regulations. I have a deep understanding of the working relationship between a government and its policies as well as the impact on the residents of the given region.

In addition to my aforementioned experience in the public sector, I founded a software company based in New York City which owns patents in the video commerce space. I invented, developed and patented the ability to buy or shop in video, a technology that is now being used throughout the U.S. and the world by some of the largest retail and media companies on the planet.
